What is a Generic Drug?

A generic drug is a copy of the brand-name drug with the same dosage, safety, strength, quality, consumption method, performance, and intended use. Before generics become available on the market, the generic company must prove it has the same active ingredients as the brand-name drug and works in the same way and in the same amount of time in the body.

The only differences between generics and their brand-name counterparts is that generics are less expensive and may look slightly different (eg. different shape or color), as trademarks laws prevent a generic from looking exactly like the brand-name drug.

Generics are less expensive because generic manufacturers don't have to invest large sums of money to develop a drug. When the brand-name patent expires, generic companies can manufacture a copy of the brand-name and sell it at a substantial discount.

    • Description

Program is an effective flea medication tablet for dogs and cats that do not kill adult fleas but does eliminate flea eggs and larvae as a means of preventing a continued flea infestation on your pet. What it does is break the flea life cycle and in doing so your pet will soon be rid of the nuisance and extremely itchy skin that comes with having fleas. Use of either Program for dogs or Program for cats requires nothing more of pet owners than to give their pet one tablet a month. After that, it’s nothing more than enjoying your pet being less tormented by these nasty little critters.

Buy Program flea tablets from World Pet Express and get the best price on this effective flea prevention medication for dogs and cats.

      Directions

Administering Program for dogs is simple, and the same goes for Program for cats. You simply feed them one flavored flea prevention tablet each month and they’ll be protected from continued flea infestation as the medication works to kill flea eggs and larvae. Most dogs or cats will happily eat these flavored chewable tablets. If yours won’t then you also have the option of mixing it into the wet dog or cat food and have them ingest it that way.

Try to give your pet their Program tablet at the same time every month, and if you miss a dose there’s no reason to be overly concerned. Just administer the dose as soon as you can and then note what day of the month it is and give the next dose exactly one month later
